1. Introduction Welcome to THE HASH CLUB NPC. This Membership Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your membership with THE HASH CLUB NPC (hereinafter referred to as "the Club"). By accessing or becoming a member of this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions: 2. Membership Eligibility To become a member of the Club, you must: Be a legal resident of South Africa. Be at least 21 years old. Agree to the Membership Agreement and all associated policies. The Club does not discriminate against candidates for membership based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability, or creed. 3. Objective of the Club The objective of the Club is to provide its members with: A private and safe space to enjoy and exchange knowledge about cannabis and related products. Services for the cultivation of cannabis for personal use in accordance with the "Cannabis for Private Purposes Bill" and South African law. 4. Transfer of Rights By becoming a member, you agree to transfer your right to cultivate and possess cannabis in South Africa to the Club. The Club will exercise these rights on your behalf in full compliance with the law. 5. Services Provided As part of your membership, the Club will: Cultivate and process cannabis on behalf of members. Ensure that all regulatory, manufacturing, and delivery processes meet legal and safety standards. Facilitate access to dedicated spaces for members to grow cannabis for personal use. Provide members with access to products, services, and methods necessary for the cultivation and enjoyment of cannabis. 6. Member Responsibilities As a member, you agree to the following: Cannabis products may not be provided to individuals under the age of 18. Cannabis may not be used in public spaces. You may not sell cannabis or related products to others. Inform the Club of any changes to your contact details. Comply with all South African laws and regulations concerning cannabis use and possession. Respect the privacy of other members and refrain from sharing personal or sensitive information about other members without their consent. 7. Membership Fees Membership fees are set at R50 annually. This fee includes access to a dedicated growing space, growers’ services, and time spent in the Club’s facilities. Membership dues are non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 8. Limits and Restrictions Members may receive cannabis up to a maximum of 60 grams per day for personal use. Members are strictly prohibited from distributing or selling cannabis. 9. Communication and Updates The Club will utilize electronic mail and social media channels to communicate updates, policy changes, and billing information. Members are expected to stay informed about the latest developments. 10. Privacy Policy The Club is committed to protecting member information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act. Personal data collected by the Club will be: Used solely for membership purposes, including communication and service delivery. Stored securely to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Shared only with authorized personnel or as required by law. Members are expected to respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing or disseminating personal or sensitive information of fellow members without explicit consent. 11. Risks and Liabilities The Club assumes responsibility for ensuring that the cultivation, production, and delivery of cannabis adhere to proper regulations and standards. Members assume responsibility for the responsible use of cannabis products and ensuring they are not used in violation of the law. As cannabis laws in South Africa may change, the Club is not liable for any changes in legality, penalties, or restrictions that affect the Club’s services or members’ use of cannabis. 12. Termination Membership may be revoked if a member: Violates any terms of this agreement. Fails to adhere to the laws of South Africa. Engages in activities contrary to the objectives of the Club. This agreement is non-transferable and cannot be sold. Membership termination will not result in a refund of fees paid. 13. Acknowledgment By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions herein. This document represents the complete understanding between you and the Club. 14. Submission of this request does not guarantee membership. Please allow up to 7 days for membership renewal processing.*
